Let me help you with your unique challenges. I have a diverse combination of technical expertise and an extensive background in management, customer service, and hospitality. I can often offer a different perspective. I excel at evaluating and integrating new technology into everyday operations and communicating concepts to end users. I have project management, training, and documentation experience.
I offer creative problem solving but also know when not to re-invent the wheel. As a graduate from a software engineering program that emphasized a collaborative curriculum and project management methodologies I am eager to marry that knowledge with my past experience in new projects.
I also offer web consulting and DIY sessions on creating an online presence for your business. I excel at helping those that are less technically savvy learn some of today's technologies. As part of one of the last generations that didn't have a cell phone growing up I teach with patience and the understanding that not everyone grew up with these technologies. I know that it doesn't always come naturally but with my help it can feel like second nature.
